The main drawback of bitcoin is that any transaction can be traced through the blockchain. A Bitcoin mixer mixes coins from different participants, which significantly complicates the transaction tracking process. However, a standard mixer has a drawback - by sending your bitcoins to it, you risk receiving someone else's coins with a bad history of origin. Our mixer offers a 'Full Anonymity' mode, which guarantees the receipt of cleaned coins from Bitcoin exchanges with a good history.
“Exact Payment” is identical to the “Full Anonymity” mode, except that the amount you specify is sent to the address from the first input field, whereas in 'Full Anonymity' the amount is randomly distributed between both addresses.

We introduced a system with two addresses for the 'Exact Payment' mode to facilitate precise payment to another person's wallet and receive change on your own. To start the cleaning process, your incoming transaction must have one confirmation from the network. Unfortunately, we cannot accelerate this process. Transactions with high fees and priority usually get confirmed within 5-20 minutes, while those with very low fees can take up to several days. You can wait for the transaction confirmation (it will not be removed from the mixer) or use a transaction accelerator (Google search: 'Transaction Accelerator').
The entry address is valid for 7 days (168 hours). Any transactions made after this time will be ignored. Therefore, we ask you not to send funds after the 7-day period.
We do not store logs. All necessary service information for cleaning is deleted within 24 hours after the cleaning process is completed. The only confirmation of cleaning in our service is the warranty letter, which you keep.

Do not worry! Before panicking, make sure that you sent coins to the correct wallet by using blockchain.info for verification. Check if your transaction was confirmed, and if sufficient time has passed after the first confirmation (2 or 6 hours, depending on the mode), then possibly a low fee is slowing down the process. If the coins still haven't returned, contact us through support, providing the mixer's replenishment address and the warranty letter. We will definitely help to figure it out. And if the delay was our fault, we will return the fee to you.
